ESTIMATOR (PENNSAUKEN)
Local Cherryhill Construction company is seeking an experienced person to work in the office and prepare framing material take-off on various projects. You must have construction experience and be able to read blueprints. Experience in wood framing is necessary; additional experience in metal framing is a plus. Experience using construction software is necessary. Experience doing framing hardware or drywall takeoffs is a big plus.
Responsibilities

You should have excellent communication and written skills. Speaking English, be responsible to come to work every day
(5 days a week) is critical. -
You must have your own transportation.

Experience working with MS-Excel and Word.

A minimum of three years working with blueprints.

Prior experience working for a construction company is a plus.

Speaking Spanish is a plus.
Qualifications
Construction software currently in use.

Office timings

Hours are Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm) with 1 hour lunch. Salary position, eight paid holidays; the company does not have an employee benefits plan.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting processes.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Familiarity with blueprint reading and construction site regulations is preferred.

Time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
